Thursday 19th May 2022, marked the inaugural Prep Schools Trust Golf Competition held across two schools; Chandlings and Cothill. Mowden attended the event with four intrepid golfers eager to impress. The day began with a coaching session led by local golf club professionals, followed by some fantastic golf played around the two school courses. Each course was in excellent condition and the glorious weather helped add to the positivity of the day. The event was split into three prize categories; Junior, Senior and Whole Team Score. All schools competing achieved some great results making it a tough challenge for our team. Cothill took the Senior and Overall Team prizes, but George from Mowden played brilliantly to win the Junior Competition and a nearest the pin prize to boot. Well done to all of our golfing team as you all performed admirably when representing Mowden.
